Hull and High Water
Hey Darlings!
My hubby and I went for dinner at Hull and High Water which is a local spot in downtown New Albany, IN. We have been before but I’ve never stopped to blog about it. We went on Derby day so hardly any one was there, our server was great! I got a Short’s IPA and we started with their cheesy corn fritters. I was so hungry that I had forgot to take a picture of them, but they were pretty tasty! I had decided on their crab stuffed shrimp and grits, and Josh had gotten the catfish po’ boy sandwich. For the price of my shrimp and grits ($21), I don’t think it was worth it. They were good, but it definitely wasn’t worth the $21. I thought the portion was a bit small as well. Josh enjoyed his po’ boy sandwich though, the only thing he had to complain about it is that it was messy and falling apart. All in all, it was a good dinner and obviously we will go back since this wasn’t our first time there.
What are your thoughts? Have you been before?
