Milkwood Pop Up with Sarah Gavigan

Josh and I have been a longtime fan of Edward Lee and all three of his restaurants. His restaurant, Milkwood, posted on IG that they were having chef Sarah Gavigan cook Izakaya style cuisine and we could not miss out since we enjoyed Izakaya a lot when we were in Japan! We tried her Okonomiyaki pancake, and it was so delicious that we ended up ordering two! We also had her salmon, yakitori pork belly, and the Karaage which is Japan’s popular fried chicken. Everything was super tasty, and we would definitely go to Sarah’s restaurant when we are in the Nashville area, her restaurant is called Bar Otaku.
